Position: Civils Foreperson (SMT)

Reports to: Civils Engineering Manager

Line Manager to: Civils Operatives

Salary Band: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Full time, permanent

You will need to have strong organisational and time management and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.   You will need to be able to think proactively, multitask and prioritize daily workload.

We are looking for someone with solid experience in civil engineering, streetworks systems and procedures with excellent verbal and written communications skills, a high level of confidentiality, discernment and judgment. 

The role will involve travel, working in the outdoors and a full driving licence is required alongside strong practical problem solving and experience of managing a small team.  You will ensure that all works are carried out within legal requirements and within B4RN procedures.
