Receiving ‘Best Community Project’ at the INCA Gold Awards in 2021

B4RN is delighted to have been shortlisted for four awards at the INCA Gold Awards!

They are:
– Best Rural / Hard-to-Reach project
– Best Community Project
– Outstanding Delivery of New Infrastructure
– Outstanding Contribution

These industry awards recognise what it takes to get the network built, delivering gigabit (1,000Mbps) full fibre broadband to isolated communities. Thanks to all our amazing volunteers, staff, contractors and generous landowners for making this possible.

The full list of nominees can be found on the INCA website.

Last year at the INCA Gold Awards, B4RN won ‘Best Community Project’ – read more about that here.

A spokesperson for INCA said: “Our 2022 Awards Programme is nearing its crescendo. We received a record number of nominations for this year’s programme – reflecting the vibrancy and growth in our industry.

“As ever, the quality of the nominations has been very high, giving our panel of independent judges a challenging task to review and select the best to go forward – congratulations to every one of the organisations and individuals who have been shortlisted.”

The winners will be announced at an awards dinner taking place on 16th November, during the INCA Conference at Liverpool’s St. George’s Hall.

Stories from out in the field from our very happy customers

One residential customer in Over Kellet used to know whether it was worth firing up her computer by looking out of her front window to see what the weather was doing with her telephone line.
