Customer Engagement Administrator

B4RN is a rapidly expanding company providing fibre broadband to isolated communities in the UK. We are a community benefit Society, and we pride ourselves in being a friendly dedicated team. The Customer Engagement role will put you at the heart of our organisation where you will be liaising with new customers as well as supporting existing customers.

We are looking for someone with experience in administration who can work well as part of a team. Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail are required. The role is office based and training will be provided internally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Microsoft Office and computing in general; appropriate training will be given.

• Able to work on own initiative. Strong attention to detail, and good team worker.

• Ongoing possession of a full, valid driving licence.
